Happy to clean

31 Days to Clean - Having a Martha House the Mary Way

Sometimes I wish I was some kind of superwoman. That next to taking care of two kids under two and a 6 year old I also would be able to make the whole house spotless by myself every day and still have enough time to spend with the kids and enough time for me.
At the moment we're sharing the house with my husbands cousin so I've assigned a few chores to him and my husband but it doesn't really go so well yet.
And in a way I wish I could do it all by myself. Believe it or not I love cleaning even though there are nicer things to do. But I love having a clean house and it also makes me feel good about myself. At the moment I'm trying to get my house a bit more organised So I'm planning to buy laundry baskets in different colors for everyone to put their laundry in. I'm also looking for ideas to get more house work done. I'm planning to purchase an e-book for motivated moms (I will write about this in a future post) but have also come across this e-book.

31 days to clean.

It's supposed to motivate to clean and has assignmnets to clean and also focuses on getting a cleaner heart.
I'm not sure what to expect and whether I will like the style in which it is written or if it will be helpful at all but it doesn't seem as if you can view inside.
It's only $4,99 so maybe I should just try and purchase it. I love how it says :Having a Martha house the Mary way.

So I probably will get it and if I have and have read it, I will let you know what I think of it. Because maybe all I need is a little bit more motivation.
a little bit more love for cleaning. Maybe I should be even more happy to clean.

Here an inspiring video from her website.

Have you read it and has it helped you ? I'd love to hear from you.

Or join me and purchase it and let me know what you think.

Love,

Never have I ever...

Today it is Sunday, so it is time for another fun post. I decided to do a ' never have I ever' post.

Never have I ever run a full marathon .....but I ran a half marathon for women once in Dublin.

Never have I ever owned a brand new car ......but I owned two second hand ones, even though I only had an Irish learner drivings license.

Never have I ever had a book published...... even though I am intending to do that one day.

Never have I ever traveled to the United States......., even though I hope to have that happen some day.

Never have I ever gotten a baby boy........, but this would really be a dream come true.

Never have I ever had a dream wedding.....,  but I am believing that this is still possible.

Never have I ever gone skiing....., but I hope to give it a try one day.

Never have I ever swum with dolphins......., but this looks like an amazing thing to do.

Never have I ever had a baby shower......., even though this seems very cool to experience.

Never have I ever owned …

It's Summer time / Giveaway (closed)

It’s officially Summer here in Ireland, even though most of the time  it is hard to see it when you look outside. There are days when there have been some sunny spells but the sun has been hiding behind dark clouds on most of those days as well. This week it's supposed to be a good week weather wise.  A few weeks ago the sun was shining since the morning and after dropping the two older girls at school, I decided to take Nevaeh for a walk to the park close by and to feed the ducks. On the way to the park the sun was so much in my eyes that I decided to stop at the Dunnes Stores and get sun glasses. Since Nevaeh was so interested in mine I got her some too. Mini mouse ones. She loves them. The week after, it was the turn for the older girls to get sun glasses. Hello Kitty ones for Yovannah. And pink, sparkly ones for Ixora. They really love their sun glasses and wear them on sunny days.

Since this post is post nr. 60 of my blog I decided to do a little give away.

What Kids Wore Wednesday; Kitty love (day 11)

Ir's Wednesday so it's time for another Kids outfit post. As I mentioned in my last What Kids Wore Wednesday post, Nevaeh really loves bunnies a lot and she loves clothes with bunnies on them. In the same way Yovannah really loves cats and clothes with cats on them. We mostly buy clothes from H & M because they have cute items of reasonable quality and low prices and we had gotten a gift card from H & M a while back so we are used to shopping there.
They happen to have a lot of cats and bunnies in their collection for some reason, so the girls could not be more pleased with shopping there. They get to pick their own clothes so when Yovannah saw this cute black skirt, she really had to have it. I love it too. It is made out of ‘leather look’ fabric and it has this cute face on it and on the top of the skirt there are two ears sticking out.
In the pictures she is wearing it with a blue/grey-ish top with a cat on it and dark grey tights with a black stripy pattern on t…
