My life as a mum

I originally wrote this post a while back just before my laptop broke.


After watching dvd’s every day for a month in the Summer (because of our Summer pass), I was relieved that we didn’t have to go to the dvd place every day anymore.
Yes , I know we never really had to but we didn’t want to miss the chance to get a dvd most days and you could always only keep them for one day and then you had to go back to return them or renew them. So we just kept going every day and then we took new ones again, except for two times or so that we managed to get the Xtravision on the phone to renew the loans we had. When we brought back the last dvd, I allowed Ixora to choose one dvd to buy. She chose one that she had never seen before. Gnomeo and Juliet.
And she loved it. Gnomeo and Juliet turned out to be a big hit with the kids:a dvd the kids would watch over and over again. I didn’t pay much attention to it at first, but since they love this dvd so much I decided to make a post about it.

So I 've been wanting to write a post about DEALZ for some time because I really love that shop.

I don't go there often because they have so much stuff that is so cheap, that I 'm afraid I would buy too much LOL.  So I mostly go when I really need something like the toothbrushes the other day.

A while back I went with my youngest to the one in the Square in Tallaght and we only looked at about half of the store because we kept seeing things that we wanted.

So this is what we got back then.


These were 3 for 1,49 We drank these after leaving the shop.

3 for 1,49 I love these. They have low calories and especially the cheese ones are so yummy.

My kids really love the bathroom- too much. You seriously can’t trust them on their own to just go in and use the potty, wash their hands and then go out again. Especially the smallest. She can spend ages in the bathroom and unfortunately I end up with a wet bathroom floor again and again if I don’t keep an eye on her and her sister. They  are really partners in crime.  And they make toothbrushes disappear to somewhere: a place of which I don’t know if I want to find them back and use them again, So a few days ago I found myself in the exact same situation I was in two years ago. My toothbrush was missing. And yes I learned from then to put my toothbrush up on a shelf in the medicine cabinet but I guess sometimes I forget to do that. So we went to DEALZ last week to get new toothbrushes and some other stuff and what did I find there for 1,49 ? The exact same toothbrush that I wrote a post about the last time that this happened.
